Extremely effective / best defense setup / base for town hall level 8 in clash of clans!! This is my favorite layout strategy for base / yard / village level eight! Landon posted a video on his Town Hall Level 8 a few weeks ago so I just wanted to share you guys mine. I worked a pretty long time on forming this defense strategy and tweaking every aspect of it to the point where overall it has.

Let’s take a look at what buildings you can make at Town Hall level 8.

  1. Clash of Clan Air Defense Level 8 At level 8, the Air Defense’s launcher receives a coat of red paint, along with dark metal bands and golden rivets. It is filled with four large, black-tipped rockets that are painted in a yellow and black chessboard pattern, similar to that seen on the V-2 Rocket.
  2. The Town Hall upgrade till the 8th level costs 2,000,000 gold coins and will take 8 days. From the visual aspect the roof of the Town Hall will transform into the entire tower and there will be a small red flag near the entrance of the building. On this level you’ll get 8 additional constructions: Dark.

Defensive buildings:

  • 5 cannons (up to level 10)
  • 5 archer towers (up to level 10)
  • 3 mortars (up to level 6)
  • 3 wizard towers (up to level 6)
  • 3 air defense (up to level 6)
  • 3 hidden teslas (up to level 3)
  • 6 spring traps, 3 giant bomb, 6 bombs
  • 225 walls (up to level 8)

Resources:

  • 6 gold mines (up to level 11)
  • 6 elixir collectors (up to level 11)
  • 1 dark elixir drill (up to level 3)
  • 3 gold storage (up to level 11)
  • 3 elixir storage (up to level 11)
  • 1 dark elixir storage (up to level 4)

Offensive buildings:

  • 4 Army camps (up to level 6)
  • 4 Barracks (up to level 10)
  • 2 dark barracks (up to level 4)
  • 1 spell factory (up to level 3)
  • 1 clan castle (up to level 4)
  • 1 Laboratory (up to level 6)
